About Me

Hi, I’m Kerin - the heart behind Zen Support Services

With over a decade of hands-on experience in health and community care, I created Zen Support Services to provide warm, reliable support for NDIS participants in the Northern Rivers NSW region.

I’ve always believed that a little kindness and consistency can make a big difference in someone’s life. That’s why I offer practical, everyday supports like domestic help, shopping, transport, and companionship — delivered with genuine care and respect for each person’s independence and preferences.

My Background

I bring a unique mix of healthcare knowledge and person-centred support to my work, including:

  • Certificate III in Acute Care Nursing

  • Certificate IV in Community Services

  • First Aid & CPR (including education & care settings)

  • Manual Handling & Mental Health training

  • ADHD & Autism awareness training

  • Working With Children Check

  • Police Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

I support both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and I take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment for all — including neurodivergent clients and those with complex needs.

I aim to bring calm, consistency, and kindness to every visit. Whether I’m helping around the home, providing companionship, or supporting you in the community, I’m here to make your day smoother, your goals more achievable, and your life a little lighter.
